Data We Collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, signup time, and email preference status. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, and request logs when you use the site.
How We Use Data
We use your email address to confirm your waitlist signup and send redial launch updates, early access information, and product previews. We use email preference data to honour opt-out requests.
Legal Basis
We rely on your consent when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us.
Processors
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the site, including Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated submissions on our waitlist form. We use Resend to store waitlist contacts, manage email preferences, and send waitlist emails. These providers process data for us so the waitlist can operate.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that status so we do not send further waitlist updates to that address.
Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data. You can also object to our use of your data or withdraw consent for waitlist emails. Contact hello@getredial.com to make a request.
