No. Redial is a landline style phone that connects to your mobile device over Bluetooth, so you do not need a landline socket or a new number.

Can two phones connect at once?+
Yes. Two phones can connect to Redial at the same time, so more than one person in the household can use it with their mobile.
Can I make calls from it?+
Yes. Redial is designed for making and receiving calls through your paired mobile device.
Does it have a loudspeaker?+
Yes. Redial has a built-in speakerphone function, so you can take calls on loudspeaker when you do not want to hold the handset.
How does the voice assistant button work?+
Press # on the keypad to trigger the voice assistant, then say the contact name to make a call.
Do I need a new number?+
No. Redial uses your existing mobile number because calls route through your paired phone.
How much will Redial cost?+

How long does the battery last?+
Your Redial will arrive fully charged, with battery life lasting up to several weeks depending on usage. It will let you know when the battery is running low, and you can simply recharge using the included USB-C cable. Your device should reach full battery within 4 hours.
How do I set it up?+
Simply press the power button to turn Redial on, then make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile and pair the device. It will stay connected as long as Bluetooth is on and your handset is in range.
Will more designs be dropping?+
All we can say is we’ve got some exciting things coming to bring back personality to your calls.
Can I mount it on the wall like a traditional landline?+
Yes, you absolutely can if you want to. Redial will arrive with all the instructions and equipment you need to do so.
